(v) by telephone recording by us (for security and/or training purposes);

(vii) by CCTV at one or more of the Club Grand Bingo clubs; and/or
(viii) by you replying to mailings and other promotions from time to time.
What do we do with your Personal Data?

(i) we can process your membership application with a view to accepting you as a Member;
(ii) we can deal with general queries you raise from time to time through one of the "Contact Us" links on this website or by telephone, by post or at one of the Beacon clubs;
(iii) we can send you information (by post and/or, if you have consented, by email, by telephone and/or by text messaging) about (1) our products, services and promotions and (2) products, services and promotions of our group companies and (3) products, services and promotions of other carefully selected companies, often referred to as 'direct marketing' and 'host mailing'. (For the avoidance of doubt we will not disclose your details to any person for whom we carry out host mailing other than companies which are part of our group companies.) If at any time you do not want to receive such information then please contact our Compliance Officer referred to below;
